A Truly Relaxing Getaway with Unmatched Hospitality From the moment we arrived, we were enveloped in warmth and kindness by the entire staff. Their genuine smiles and helpful attitudes made us feel not just like guests—but like family. What truly stood out was how sweet and attentive they were to the children, greeting them with cheerful energy and making sure their stay was just as special as ours. The free breakfast spread was wonderful—there was something for everyone: cereal, fresh bagels, toast, hearty oatmeal, crispy waffles, rich coffee, and refreshing orange and apple juice. Honestly, if anyone feels the need to complain about a breakfast that generous and delicious (and free!), it speaks more about them than the hotel. The rooms were a haven of peace and comfort. Cleanliness was clearly a top priority, and the beds? So cozy, we didn’t want to leave them! The pillows were cloud-like, and the quiet atmosphere made for the perfect night’s sleep. No noisy halls, no disturbances—just serenity. Our balcony view of the mountains was pure magic. Watching the sunrise stretch across the peaks was a gift in itself. And the room size? Surprisingly spacious, never cramped. There was plenty of room to stretch out and relax, whether we were unwinding after adventures or enjoying quiet family time. And the best part? The price. To experience all this comfort, hospitality, and beauty at such an affordable rate made it not just a vacation—but a treasure of a find

The property is older and shows its age. Towels aren’t delivered to the room you’ll need to pick them up yourself. The staff is friendly, but they are limited, which you can notice in small details like trash collecting near one of the entrances and build-up on the glass patio doors in the room, the floors are vinyl and that is definitely a plus for cleanliness. Breakfast is simple and mostly carb-heavy: toast, cereal, waffles, bagels, and some yogurt. Overall, it’s nothing fancy, but for the price, it’s fair.

Location sits atop a hill offering great views of the mountains from the balcony, if one could sit on it: hotel offered no chairs and noise level from the highway nearby did not make it enjoyable. Balcony was not clean, cigarette butts. and spider webs. Nighttime clerk was not the friendly sort one who has worked in the industry knows to be necessary. When called about a chair for the balcony, his response was, "All the furniture we offer is in the room." I mentioned was I supposed to use a rolling desk chair in the balcony, he said okay but don't damage the wheels. Ice bucket was just the lining insert with no cover so ice would melt quickly without any insulation. Was told by same guy that's the way they all are. Although hotel room was nice, the smell of curry eminated from the rooms as well as cigarette smoke smell.

If you’re looking for a decently priced hotel for a family, this is it! We stayed on our way to Tennessee & it was great for a quick overnight visit with kids! They had the pool & play set for the kids, plus an area for grilling! Would definitely stay here again!

I have stayed here multiple times over the past few years. The staff is always nice. The location is pretty with a view of the mountains and each room has a balcony. The rooms are clean. There is thick carpeting in the halls that absorb odors. That would be my one complaint. The pool is always clean and inviting and even has a handicap accessible seat. I have not seen that at any other hotel where I have stayed.

Stunning rooms. Friendly service. Gorgeous view. They set the bar so high with everything that I was a bit disappointed in the breakfast. Don't get me wrong. There is some hotels that are handing you a paper sack with a banana and a granola bar. They had bagels, oatmeal and cereal. I was traveling on business but I would love to come back and stay with my husband in the fall when we can see the beautiful leaves
